We REALLY needed this information prior to your child starting school but unfortunately have many who have not done so yet. If you have any questions about how to do this, please call the school office at 543-4260 to talk with Mrs. Deschaine or email her at pdeschaine@sau6.org. She will get you going in the right direction quickly.
WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT? Without this information from you, we do not know who has permission to pick up your child, who to call in case of an emergency when you cannot be reached as well as your current contact information to ensure that you receive all notices and calls that come from both the school and the school district.
